As always, the figure comes with a terribly written computer generated story.
Zog’s birds.
In a far-off galaxy, beyond the twinkling stars and the swirling nebulae, lived a little Grey Alien named Zog. Zog was a curious creature with large, almond-shaped eyes and a penchant for collecting knowledge about all the peculiar ways of Earthlings. One day, while browsing the Intergalactic Library of Earthly Customs, Zog stumbled upon a curious gesture: flipping someone off. The description was rather vague, but it seemed that raising a single finger was a way for humans to express strong emotions—usually annoyance or anger.
Zog, being a rather literal-minded alien, misunderstood the severity of the gesture. He thought it was simply a more emphatic way to say, “You’re being a bit bothersome, but I’ll carry on.” Amused by this discovery, Zog decided to try it out for himself.
One fine day, Zog was floating through the market on the planet Zerk, where beings from all corners of the galaxy gathered to trade and chatter. As he drifted past a vendor selling wiggly woggles (a local delicacy that Zog found absolutely delightful), he noticed the vendor was giving him a rather peculiar look—one of confusion mixed with disbelief. The vendor was slow in handing over Zog’s woggle.
Zog tilted his head, a little impatient. “Well, this is slightly inconvenient,” he thought to himself. So, with great enthusiasm, Zog raised one hand and flipped the vendor off with a flourish. Then, just to be extra polite, he added his other hand for good measure, flipping off the vendor with both hands.
The vendor gasped, dropping the woggle. But Zog, feeling quite satisfied, floated away without a care, thinking, “How delightful! This gesture really does communicate annoyance!”
A little further along, Zog encountered a crowd blocking his path. They were all gathered around a glowing orb, chattering excitedly. Zog politely asked to pass, but no one seemed to hear him. After a few moments of being jostled and nudged, Zog decided this was another perfect moment to try out his new gesture. He raised both hands, flipped off the entire crowd, and said, “Excuse me, you’re being rather bothersome.”

The crowd parted in shock, leaving Zog to float by, humming a cheerful little tune.
Later that day, Zog stopped by the Intergalactic Post to send a message to his friend, Blip. As he waited in line, the creature in front of him was taking an awfully long time deciding between stamps—whether to choose the ones with the Galactic Emperor’s face or the ones with the dancing twinkletoes. Zog sighed and, feeling ever so slightly irritated, tapped the creature on the shoulder. When they turned around, Zog greeted them with a double-handed flip-off, feeling quite pleased with himself.
The creature blinked in surprise, then hurriedly made a decision, allowing Zog to finally send his message. “What an effective gesture this is!” thought Zog.
Later, Zog was floating through the Cosmic Gardens, where flowers from all across the universe bloomed in a riot of colors. As he admired a particularly sparkly bloom, a bee-like creature buzzed around his head. Zog waved it away politely, but it kept returning, buzzing insistently near his ears. “How vexing!” Zog thought. And so, he raised both hands once again and flipped off the bee, hoping it would take the hint and find someone else to bother.
Finally, Zog decided to head home. As he entered his cozy little spaceship, he noticed that his neighbor, a jolly blob-like creature named Gloop, had once again left his glow-in-the-dark lawn ornaments scattered across Zog’s path. Zog tried to maneuver around them, but alas, one of them tripped him up, causing him to wobble precariously.

“Oh, Gloop, you’re so careless!” Zog thought, shaking his head. Naturally, he raised both hands and flipped off the absent Gloop with a sigh of resignation.
As Zog settled down in his favorite chair, he reflected on his day. “What a useful gesture this is,” he mused, flipping off the teapot that was taking too long to heat up his favorite brew. “It’s really quite wonderful how much clearer it makes communication.”
And so, with a smile on his face, Zog sipped his tea, content in the knowledge that he had spread a little more understanding throughout the galaxy—one flip-off at a time.
